Our Hassle-Free Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right — no return required.

How It Works

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at Petspawsworld@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue

We will respond within 24–72 hours with next steps. If approved, we'll offer you a full refund or a replacement, your choice  and you get to keep the item.

Eligible Issues:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery
  • Items without photo proof of the issue
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions
  • Requests from customers who have previously received a refund under this policy for the same product

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
