Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
